Any honorarium Mike may receive from his speaking is in turn donated. Mike does not retain any speaking fees.

Mike charges for traveling expenses for two* (2) which includes airport parking, airfare, ground transportation and lodging.

*Mike has one of his nine children accompany him to each talk.
